I’m originally from Guatemala, my family and I moved to the United States when I was five years old. We celebrated my sixth birthday (first birthday in the U.S.) at the Houston Zoo! I again celebrated by birthday at the Zoo when I turned 26, and last year I celebrated by 38th birthday there and was gifted a membership by my sister. 2021-2022 has been filled with endless memories at the Zoo as I get to take my two littles almost weekly and explore! One of our favorites, sea lions!
