My favorite memory is going to the Zoo all the time when I was young. We would go every weekend or every other weekend. I remember that there use to be an orangutan there, I can’t remember it’s name, but I called it “Hunny” and would sit by the window and just talk with it for a long time. We would even touch hands at the window. But, I now have a son of my own (7 months) and we just started taking him to the Zoo. His first visit was a great little family outing and he was so amazed by the animals. I can’t wait to continue making memories like this with him as he grows up and to share my love for animals with him.
